Following the Mass, burial will take place at Resurrection Cemetery, where Matthew will be laid to rest.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 13, 2019, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, with a prayer service beginning at 7:00 p.m. This gathering will provide an opportunity for family, friends, and community members to come together, share memories, and offer their condolences to the grieving family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Springfield Catholic Schools, a cause that was close to Matthew’s heart and one that reflects his commitment to education and community service.
