Dr. John McDougall, MD, was a visionary physician and author. He authored 13 national best-sellers, including the highly acclaimed vegan book, “The Starch Solution,” which remains a top-seller on Amazon. Dr. McDougall also served as a clinical instructor at four medical schools in the United States and received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. Alongside his wife, Mary McDougall, and Jim Ahrens, he co-founded Dr. McDougall’s Right Foods, a company that offers convenient plant-based food products.
The McDougall Program has been healing people worldwide for over 35 years.
